By 2035, the world's first floating tunnel is to be built 30 meters under the surface of the water. In total, a network of underwater concrete tunnels will reduce the journey from some regions of the country to 10 hours.

However, landscape conditions do not allow for such solutions everywhere. That is why engineers decided to build underwater tunnels. More than 22 billion euros will have to be spent to implement such an idea.
