A Japanese engineer at Nissan created a robotic duck called The Aigamo. The gadget is designed to help grow rice.

The robot duck is more similar to a small robot vacuum cleaner than to a real animal. The device has two eyes on its body. The robot duck's feet are two rotating screws that grind the soil and keep the weeds from sprouting. In addition, with each movement, the "paws" saturate the water with oxygen.
