Feature Updates:
1. U-RACA withdrawal function
*For security reasons, each user can only withdraw once per day, 1 million u-raca max for the first 10 days. We will have 100 million u-raca available for withdrawal daily. The quota refreshes at UTC 00:00 AM.
*The withdrawal limit will be increased according to security assessments after 10 days.
2. Modifiable parameter for the self-organized squad is available

05:00 am UTC - deposit and withdrawal function will be disabled
06:10 am UTC - server will be down for maintenance after Battle Flag auctions is over
10:00 am UTC - server will be resumed (u-raca deposit and withdrawal remain disabled)
10:30 am UTC - resume of u-raca deposit function
11:00 am UTC - resume of u-raca withdrawal function
