Hi everyone,

First, allow us to apologize for the poor communication on our part in the last few weeks. We have been waiting for answers from several 3rd parties and we wanted to announce things only when we have the full picture. As we gained more certainty, we wanted to touch base and share with the community the current state of Revault Network, and discuss the future of our protocol and DAO with all of you.

It is no secret that defi and crypto, in general, are on a continuing downward trend and as a new protocol with a small market cap, active in the defi space and relay on other project’s development (continuity of existing vaults and the formation of new once), we are suffering a lot too.

Since it is a DAO and the project is in a critical situation currently, we wanted to have the community joining us actively in deciding where and how the project should continue from here.

We have some assets in our treasury we can use for the best of all who’s involved in this venture and we will not do anything before we all decide TOGETHER on the project's next steps.

In order to do so, we will schedule 3 AMAs in the following three weeks to discuss the different options. The first AMA will be more informational, this AMA will take place on Wednesday, June 1st, 8UTC and we invite all of you to take place, ask questions and start discussing the right way to move from here after we give you all the information in a transparent way like we always did.

The second AMA will take place on Wednesday, June 8th, 8UTC. We will be summering all suggestions from the first AMA and all the conversations we had between the first and second AMAs. After this AMA we will be proposing via snapshot.org the leading suggestions that had the most support from the community and we will vote on them for 6 days.

The third AMA will take place on Wednesday, June 15th, 8UTC. We will discuss the winning option and ways to implement it.

It is important for us to say that all options are on the table and we want you to come with an open mind during the next sessions, there are a lot of things to talk about.
