We are happy to announce that today we've integrated the Aurora network into Roobee.finance! The deployment to Aurora will help to significantly increase transaction processing speed and lower gas fees for Roobee.finance users.

What is Aurora?
Aurora is a Layer-2 solution built on top of the NEAR Protocol. Aurora allows running Ethereum-based apps in the NEAR ecosystem (this also includes deploying Solidity contracts and making Ethereum-to-NEAR token transfers).

Compared to other Layer-2 solutions, Aurora is more decentralized, more scalable, more developer and user-friendly.

Aurora is capable of processing thousands of transactions per second, which is 50 times higher than Ethereum 1.0. Aurora’s fees are up to 1,000 times lower than those on Ethereum. For example, it costs less than $0.01 to transfer ERC-20 tokens via Aurora.

By deploying their projects with the help of Aurora, developers can enjoy familiar Ethereum apps and tools, for example, MetaMask, Wallet Connect-compatible wallets, CLI, JS libraries, and more.

The Aurora ecosystem is rapidly expanding with more than 200 dapps already integrated into the network — and this number is growing every day.

The main token of the Aurora network is ETH.

How do I start using Aurora?

In order to receive Aurora's settings, you'll just need to connect your MetaMask to Roobee.finance and select Aurora. Roobee.finance will then prompt you to add the network's settings to your wallet. You can also use other Roobee.finance-compatible wallets to interact with Aurora, for example, TrustWallet or SafePal.

Like any other network, Aurora charges transaction fees. The native currency of Aurora is ETH and all transaction fees are also charged in ETH. In order to send a transaction on Avalanche, you'll need enough ETH on your wallet balance.

Once your wallet is set up, you are ready to migrate assets to the Aurora network. You can send your ETH to Aurora via rainbowbridge.app or use cbridge to transfer various tokens, for instance, from the BSC network, which will allow you to significantly save on fees.

Let's kick off the week with a new and massive Roobee update! The entire Roobee team has been working on this update for several months, and today, we are thrilled to announce that it's finally available for you to check out!

The main change: we've completely redesigned and overhauled the decentralized Roobee platform — meet the all-new app.roobee.finance

New features, improvements and other changes:
— the 'Dashboard' section has been completely redesigned. Now, users can view not only their wallet balance but also the statistics on the pools where they have tokens;
— we've added a user account window;
— now, you can view your transaction history in the new 'History' window;
— a widget menu has been added. Over time, we'll be adding more widgets as we expand the platform's functionality;
— we added banners that inform users of various platform events;
— a redesigned 'Invest' section;
— the mobile version of Roobee.finance has been completely revamped;
— improved UX for the bridges;
— some general improvements to Roobee Bridge;
— general improvements to the ROOBEE/bROOBEE swaps functionality;
