Since December 2017 Raison app raised venture investments in several rounds by issuing convertible notes (also structured in a form of RSN token). Today, our early investors received their coupons based on 2019 revenue.
After 2020 tax reports are filed in late June, we will distribute the coupons from Raison Y20 revenue.
Instructions to receive the interest if you are an investor in Raison’s convertible notes:
1. Download Raison App and register with your phone number
2. Proceed with KYC by uploading your passport/ID document
3. After successful onboarding, use the Ethereum deposit address and transfer RSN tokens from your wallet (if you purchased a note structured with RSN tokens and hold it on any other platforms/wallets).
Since 2018 we have transformed our platform into a marketplace for pre-IPO units, which became the main growth driver of the business.
