Having reached a valuation of $45.6B in June, Klarna continues to enter into partnership agreements and absorb smaller companies.

Firstly, Klarna announced the beginning of cooperation with Wix — a large platform for creating websites, including online shopping sites. Now sellers will be able to offer their products according to the "buy now — pay later" scheme.

Secondly, Klarna acquired Inspirock, an online travel planner. Inspirock, as part of Klarna, will provide travelers with an interest-free installment plan for the purchase of tickets to various shows and attractions in another country.

Third, Klarna and Stripe — an online payment service — have announced a partnership. Now, retailers who use Stripe will be able to accept payments from customers using Klarna.

2021-10-25 15:19:19 Israeli battery developer StoreDot has announced the launch of a new R&D hub (research and development center). It will be located in the American capital of innovation, San Francisco.

According to CEO Doron Myersdorf, the opening of a hub in Silicon Valley will allow the company to attract the world's best specialists to work.

In addition, with a US presence, StoreDot will be able to better negotiate with US automakers and other potential local partners.

Myersdorf also said that StoreDot is considering a joint venture with a US company.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX revealed new details about plans for the next-generation of satellites in its Starlink internet system in federal filings on Wednesday, including that the company intends to use its massive Starship rocket as the primary vehicle to deliver the spacecraft to orbit.
SpaceX filed an amendment with the Federal Communications Commission that included descriptions of its plan, known as the Starlink “Gen2 System.”
“This Gen2 System was designed to complement the first-generation constellation SpaceX is currently deploying,” SpaceX wrote in the filing. “While the original constellation provides unprecedented capacity for a satellite system, the demand for more broadband continues to grow unabated and the need for user connectivity has never been more important.”
