As officially announced, the SHRK token launch did not meet our expectations. A public vesting issue at TGE resulted in a significant price drop.

The good news is that the core point of the SHRK currency is its in-game implementation: NFT Rarity upgrade platform (beta), Games (beta), and the marketplace. This means that the current rate does not play a crucial role in the long-term perspective.
Besides, all of our products are unique, possess fantastic market potential, and are at a high level of readiness.

This is why the team is accumulating all the resources to pivot SharkRace and expedite the launch of our platforms with token utility.
In parallel, we're taking extra anti-crisis measures for the investors.

The following strategic steps are being undertaken:

The tech team is replaced. The new web3 team is being onboarded. This does not involve gaming and NFT upgrades — all well with the technical part in those.

Due to the public round unlock, we find it fair to distribute all private rounds tokens with no cliff and zero vesting after May, 24th (when the tokens will be unlocked on the PinkSale platform).
A special staking deal and a loyalty program will be granted to make it up for the early investors.

Develop ambassador and affiliate programs for spreading the word on the product launch.

Marketing campaign for the product launch and CEX listing (initially arranged with MEXC, tbc)
