Manual balance unlocking was scheduled to start yesterday, Monday 18th.

Please accept our apologies as we couldn't kick-start it. Our team is in the process of finding a viable method through various and rigorous analytics we have engaged in since this problem to provide automatic unlocking for some of the coins to reduce the work load and the overall time the process would take, while we will manually unlock other coins on per user basis.
