The reason that I @QueenOfDegens have 'moved on' is because Johnathan aka Sam Peele has discriminated against me because I am transgender.

It started in January this year when he came to me and told me that he thought I'd deceived him because he got to know me as a woman and according to him I am apparently not one.

Despite agreeing to my boundary of ' okay let's work together for the good of the project and never discuss this (gender dysphoria/gender identity) again because it causes me gender dysphoria which leads to me just wanting to kill myself' he continued to preach to me about his beliefs which are pure nasty small minded prejudiced hateful transphobic bullshit.

I speak out because not do so is to effectively collude with prejudiced people and condemn other trans and non binary people to the same fate of discrimination in the workplace and life in general - all non binary/trans people want is to be affirmed and to be treated with respect and equality just as they human being wishes for.

This has brought us to a place of Johnathan gaslighting me and saying ' I won't work with Jess any more' so it was a blackmail situation of either Jess goes or Johnathan goes and take all the code with him........

Fwiw new corporate ShibaNova has given me a package to walk away and I am still holding NOVA for now.......

I hope the team is successful and they do actually stick to their end as I will only get paid off if price points are met, if they are not then the project is ded anyway so we can all move on.

I'm going back to my roots - ShibaNova began with t.me/@jessiedegens - ShibaNova was my brainchild but it has become something different now - I do still believe in the project is just unfortunate that one understandably influential dev on the team is unable to work with a trans person.

So yeah - back to your roots Jess - what does this mean I hear you say........

Prepare for a veritable flood of good ol' fashioned shitcoins and ponzies - arguably the most honest p2e's you can find - I won't promise millions (but you never know with defi do you lol) tokenomics will be 'moon' and 'lambo' and I can promise that we 'just won't rug' so you will be SAFU as you can be in DEFI unless you paperhands then well........ Lol people have been asking 'what chains' - well..... All of them lol!

The team is already in place, and it's awesome, they are all awesome people and fine examples of what I think defi should be all about - all inclusive, equal rights for everyone, trustworthy, talented, dynamic and a lot of fun ! We already have some great ideas.......

To those of you on team ShibaNova who have been good human beings and some of you I have become good friends with thank you and good luck in the future - I really do hope you smash this and take ShibaNova to where it should be - it's been a blast working with you -

We come bearing very exciting, very powerful news as we navigate the future of the project!

First, we have decided that it is time that we acknowledge the successes and failures of ShibaNova - and take a hard look at where we want to direct the project moving forward.

The team has made the difficult decision to move on with the project without Jess @QueenofDegens as the leader of ShibaNova. We thank Jess for her commitment and drive to start the project and oversee the trajectory of ShibaNova in the past year. Her talent in bringing the community together and galvanizing early support was instrumental in getting even the idea of the project off the ground. To that, we will always owe her a debt of gratitude.

If we are being honest, the past several months have been tremendously trying for our project, marked with few highlights but significant challenges that we, even with our collective efforts and energies, cannot overcome. The bleeding chart is evidence of this very significant downturn. As investors, we understand your frustration. As team members, we bear the significant burden of our responsibility to you - your trust in us and your belief that we are trying everything that we can in order to do right to honor that trust. At the end of the day, you invested your hard-earned money with us expecting a significant return and, at this juncture, we have not delivered. We do not take this lightly.

We want to announce that we are re-branding ShibaNova to NovaDEX. As part of NovaDEX, we are keeping the NOVA token as well as the sNOVA tokens. We are also moving forward with our P2E game, Legend of Novaria. These are the foundations upon which we are re-building and re-focusing our efforts - the work towards the transition has already begun behind the scenes. Expect some changes in the very near future - and we will make these announcements as soon as possible.

Additionally, we are bringing Arnell @cunnycrypto on-board as the new face of our leadership team. His background in Sales, Marketing, and Management for the past 20 years is exactly the kind of leadership that NovaDEX needs in order to propel us into the next phase of our growth and more importantly, set us back on a continuously positive track into the future. Additionally, his degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles gives him the practical know-how to bridge the gap from the technical side of running a crypto project. @cunnycrypto is passionate about NovaDEX, having been part of the original community throughout our presale stages to creating content for the betterment of the project on YouTube, even to being one of the biggest players in Legend of Novaria. His selfless contributions as a community member first throughout our many challenges is exactly the type of leader NovaDEX needs.

What does this mean for you?

We understand that change can be scary. Our team isn't immune to moments of doubt. But we are committed. Our team is united in our shared vision for NovaDEX. @cunnycrypto has been working 24/7 in order to bring in new investors into the project who are ready and willing to bring much-needed capital into the project. His #1 job is to bring us back to profitability and we will hold him to that. We are also re-vamping our marketing approach, to bring new players into Legend of Novaria and fresh investors in our DEX. These are huge undertakings, to be sure, and the work in front of us will be difficult.

If you are generous enough to continue placing your trust in us, we will repay that with not only re-doubled commitment but an undeterred drive towards resurrecting this project from the ashes. We recognize that it is the 11th hour for all of us. It would have been an easier path to call it quits and leave investors high and dry.
