There has never been a better time to join the Crypto industry full time than now, especially if you are a believer and have the interest/ passion for it

Why?
The industry is still relatively young and there are an alarming number of new start ups growing (tech, project management, sales, even management roles), established incumbents expanding + getting regulated (compliance, legal).
Traditional industries are also entering this space. HOWEVER is there enough talent (esp blockchain/ crypto centric talent) to go around?? I don't think so.

So if you truly believe this to be the next frontier and continue to grow in the years to come, there really is no better time than now. Its kinda like you believing your favourite company is gonna grow by leaps and bounds in the next 5 years, why aren't you entering now then?

Proportion the amount of funds you have accordingly for NFTs, do not throw everything into one project. Some of us may have 1000 SOL or 10 SOL to play with, try to factor in X number of projects that you may enter and not throw all into one

Stake your winnings! When you manage to hit a good flip on an NFT, start to stake your SOL in phantom wallet just as a yield generating savings of sort. (~10% is definitely better than your friendly traditional savings accounts lol) This is also assuming you are bullish on SOL in the long term and it can really grow!

Staking also removes it from your gambling degen hands , it takes 24-48 hrs to withdraw afterwards, so it may effectively stop you from throwing funds away on NFT rugs or degen plays

If you like a project and genuinely want to hold it possibly on top of making money off it. ALWAYS mint multiples. Minimum of 3
One to flip to secure cost.
Another to flip for pure profit
Last one to hold

To sell, For eg:
You mint 3 for 3 SOL total
Floor has tripled to 3SOL each. You sell one to cover the 3SOL cost
Floor goes up further to 6SOL. You can sell another for 3SOL profit
You can then let the last one go to wherever!
