Circle has signed an agreement to acquire Cybavo
Circle - the company behind USD Coin Stablecoin (USDC) has finally signed an agreement to buy cryptocurrency startup Cybavo, focused on institutional clients and offering a range of services, including cryptocurrency storage and staking.
According to Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire, the acquisition means the company will significantly expand its technology capabilities.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
