Responding swiftly to the distress call from Seoul's Gasan District, officers nabbed three culprits on the spot and later caught the remaining trio.
The loot? Along with her cell phone, the thieves snatched a bag containing an eye-popping
$127,630 in cold, hard cash.
While the suspects claim they were just defending themselves against a crypto scam, investigators are determined to get to the bottom of this case.
For now, the alleged gang members have been released on bail, but the legal wheels are turning as the prosecution takes charge.
