More than $17.5 billion was withdrawn from China via cryptocurrencies in 2020
PeckShield reports that unauthorized capital outflows from China via cryptocurrencies reached $17.5 billion in 2020.
The figure increased by 51% compared to 2019. The withdrawal of capital from the country through cryptocurrencies in the last three years amounted to more than 1.5% of China's $3 trillion in foreign exchange reserves.
