Anchor Governance Prop #2 to change the interest rate parameters was just executed over the last ~45 minutes.
Shortly after poll execution, the Anchor WebApp will also be updated to reflect the newly updated interest values.
During a short period of time, distortions on the Earn APY and the APY graph are expected. This should be resolved as the WebApp gets updated and additional epochs pass.
