BTC breakout $23.5K resistance in the recent move but couldn't give a candle close above it. The past lower high horizontal resistance is around $25K.

BTC is retesting over the descending channel and Ichimoku cloud.
A successful retest or a candle close above the marked horizontal resistance would confirm a move toward $30K. That would also give a strong confirmation of the continuation of a bull run in the market.
