To be honest I don't think that $20k is The Level right now. It was a peak high in 2017, then #BTC interacted with it twice in 2020 - that's all. This is a very old horizontal level that basically means nothing on nowadays chart - it's much weaker than monthly support or WMA200 or some Fibo levels.

However, $20k is still an important psychological level, as a lot of people joined crypto after $20000 breaking in late 2020. For them it may act like a trigger to sell or to go away completely
