Canadian Hive Blockchain Technologies, a BTC mining company with a focus on sustainable energy, has bought over 3000 Bitcoin mining rigs in North America.
The company is aiming to benefit from the movement of mining power from China to the US and Canada following China's crypto crackdown.
The mining rigs that they have bought were purchased from Foundry Digital LLC, and are located in places such as Quebec and Grand Falls. Foundry are said to be receiving cash and 1.5M warrants of Hive in the deal.
