As I wrote in the previous post, today, by midnight, is the deadline for filing an appeal in the Grayscale case.
If the SEC does not file an appeal – it's almost a green light for listing the spot Bitcoin ETF.
I lean towards the scenario that the SEC will indeed file an appeal and the market will again see negativity, thanks to which we will descend to the support levels I highlighted earlier. However, if this does not happen, a sharp rebound upwards is possible. In any case, today will be a very volatile day, be prepared.
