People tend to always believe in the continuation of a trend. If it's falling, they think it'll fall forever. If it's rising, they believe it'll rise indefinitely. The truth is every movement has its potential. There are also support and resistance levels. If there aren't enough fundamental reasons, then a stop or at least a pause at this level is more likely than a continuation. And I'm not talking about the current situation. This happens all the time. People ask at high resistance levels: can I buy now? And at low support levels: can I sell now?
