When investing or trading there are typically two very distinc | TIDEX.News

When investing or trading there are typically two very distinct words that refer to the market's current conditions. Those two terms are "bull" and "bear". We'll be briefly explaining their meaning today.

A bull market is a market that is on the rise. It encourages people to buy as circumstances are favorable and will allow you to maximize your benefits. When a bull market occurs, people tend to often hold a long position and be optimistic about future performance.

As opposed to this, we've got bear markets that have investors and traders be rather on the pessimistic side. We use the term "bear market" when the economy and general value of things are declining. Due to this negativity, sharp declines in asset values can be seen.

Always be on the lookout when studying the market. Don't want a bear market to hit you out of nowhere and you losing all your assets
