notes: so I did a small post about Landian in April when the unofficial/pre-launch token price was at around $0.1 and it's now sitting at $0.68. It is a INCREDIBLY ambitious project, but a lot of developments have happened in the 7 months that I've been keeping track of the project/since I personally invested, so it deserves a little update - I'm going to keep it as simple as possible here, but there are so many intricacies such as token distribution and technical elements that I can't explain in a simple post so I recommend checking out their Website, Whitepaper and Socials (very active community if you want to ask questions in their discord/TG). ________________________________________________________________
General Project/Token Information:
"Landian is a realistic metaverse project that has been in development for 2 years and built in Unreal Engine 5. It exists so that people, businesses, organizations, and cultures can engage in the digital world unencumbered and without limitations."
The native token, $LNDA: is used for purchasing land plots, digital assets and services/experiences. Soon, $LNDA will be tradable on trusted exchanges and in the Landian virtual Metaverse.
Land NFT's: will be plots owned by users, across 6 different districts and multiple biomes. The Landian marketplace will allow you to purchase building services, model homes and individual assets that can be used on your plots. The NFT's can be sold on Landians own and Binance Marketplace shortly.
Metaverse Functionality/Utilities:

Platforms - will be able to run on VR headsets/PC's, tablets and phones, as it utilises AWS servers with a graphic processing speed and optimisation that rivals the latest game level technology.

Real-world simulations - includes governments, large-scale corporations, universities, tourism, e-commerce, live events and anything in between.

Digital Marketplace - with real evolution and dynamics.

Landian Café - physical Landian Cafés located around the world can be built and financed by the community with franchise rights. They bridge the gap between real and virtual spaces, acting as incubators, networking hubs and live event venues.

Launch Information:

Token Presale: N/A. $LNDA is available to purchase at any time from the swap on their website - which has been the case for the past couple of months after private sales were complete.

Land Sales: Tier 1, which has fully sold out, is approximately 0.8% of the entire size of the map. As of right now, there are 1206 holders of a total of 380,931 plots - which is the largest amount of NFT mints on BSC in a 3-day period.

Launch Date: Planned for Q4 of this year on DEX/CEX (TBA), alongside the T2 land sale - will most likely start with a few million in liquidity.

Tax: 0/0%
Marketing/Partnerships: Marketing hasn't 'officially' kicked off yet but they have a team within their office at the ready - pretty confident it'll ramp up from now until the launch/T2 sale. The discord has grown from 150 in April to over 1500 organic members today. In terms of partnerships, 32 of the holders from the T1 Land Sale are confirmed 'Hero projects' which are private investors, businesses and companies who are buying up large amounts of land to build and bring their communities to Landian.
Safety: The whole team, including the CEO Austin Yavorsky, presented in the whitepaper are fully doxxed and they have backing from larger names such as Nelson Does Crypto. The offices (see Tour 1 and Tour 2) are based in Medellín, Columbia. Contract is currently being audited but the time is TBC.
