Very nice website, not cheap design
They got a Swap platform in coming, think their dev is up for the job
The graphical identity is also well done, hope they keep that on their swap not like other Yoshiswap or apeswap etc..

Whitepaper/RoadMap
The project was born yesterday, launching after tomorrow, the roadmap is quite simple MarsShibaSwap will be in place, then MarsShibaSwap and NFT's
Beside that the WP design is not great but is clear, get everything
You can count on CMC & cg listing but don't forget the 15% Tax which will Be during a few times afterlaunch (TBA)

No member of the team has their own regular account (no groups in commun), & the dev is not unknown & not doxxing
No real infos on the team, but some will KYC after the presale apparently

Very short websbbite, look like a real company business website so thats good
Awesome intro Video they made, thats should cost a lot

Whitepaper/RoadMap
The main thing that intesrested me in their Rug Protector, apparently is a smartcontract you are automatically creating with your own wallet , so no one has access to it like a vault it will protect your token from rugpull by assuring the sell of your token before the LP token or large number of token get sold, which provide you guarantee of no scam project, thats smart but don't know if its works with the rugpull of team token, hidden supply utility..
They also preparing a portfolio tracker, which i think not much are interested in except their combined sells feature which allows to sell multiple token at once
The platform will be out at launch & operational

Group/team
Large Marketing funds (designer, tg influencer, twitter influencer ..) Enough to filled their presale for sure
The designer & content manager got things right on this project, hope the marketing guys are at the level , don't know the team but they did DefiSports
Like all this kind of mid/big project, need strong community & marketing, hope they don't plans to put all the effort only on launch like often in BSC

Experienced dev, nice design & structure but could do better by using the Hat theme on all the website
The mini minting nft platform is working well (1% chance to get a legendary nft, 0,3BNB per mint)
Don't think the website is pro enough to get partnership with game studios

The main goal is to be able to attract game creator/producor/studios who need a secure blockchain nft store for their InGame items, like a lot of project claimed to be doing, so they need to target B2B sector with game studios, or new token game project. In any case they will need a really good marketing guy since this sector has already a lot of competitors + the gamestudio partnership is supposed to arrive on Phase3
by the way they are planning to launch their own game
Basically i think the game studios has a lot of choice concerning which blockchain company to partner with, & the chance HatSwap make it through are not much.
However, if one thing should convince me to invest in this, their own game Hot Swap City : 2-dimensional pixel art like Stardew Valley, which will be awesome from what i read and see

The marketing funds is quite large, they are in connections with a lot of tg influencer & handle the hype quite well, lot of giveaways + several AMA on different callchannel. But no previous token in my knowledge

Designer did a good job, not that original but enough to look professional
Since their goal to make their staking platform , stable coin utility.. Think their web is gonna do a good job at it. The website in not perfect but show their budget/desire to make this work

Whitepaper/RoadMap
The ecosystem they've created allow their token to be stable, like any stable coin, stablilize at 1$.They want to attract investors so they need to make this profitable, so they focus on rewards to holders & stakers thanks to their system of treasury who retrieve the tradings fees, redeem fee & the profit of the investment vault (be able to skate LP token, contribute to the liquity & get reward without lock).
10% of the treasury go to the Team & Developement vesting for 6months, the rest to governance staking, buyback & burn
For the stability of the coin, & gathering the necessary data to make this work , UPS token will makes use of the oracles networks Chainlink & Pyth Oracles to relies on an accurate price
A lot of the features are already coded, you can see it in their devnet

I don't know the team, not much infos about them but their team of developper definitely has the skills
Obsvouisly most of their technical plan is for the most part done, including their platform on devnet

Website kind of cute, the graphic identity is nice, it was probably a bit expensive to make (cause designer take more than webdev for this kind of services)

They are aiming something hard with their utility, and hoping it goes well. The main goal is to create a travel platform for users, including restaurants,hotel, rental providers.. They need a leadmarketing guy with connection to put the partnerships through. I do know some travel website like booking.com does think about accepting crypto, don't know if surfmoon is gonna get that deal though

Experienced team ,did previous token & handle things well. In collaboration with some tg influencers the team has some contact to manage the hype

Finally, i was waiting to see a metaverse NFT cross platform for some time now with all the hype around the metaverse. They claim to be the first 3D Cross metaverse NFT platform which is a big deal technologically speaking.
They also propose to create any item into 3D web AR experience for customers. They devellop realtime content delivery api, to get access to their database across game engines and metaverses. Metaverse is gonna have a bunch of nices features. Launch of their staking pool is set for 2021, but we'll have to wait until mid/end 2022 for their 3D MarketPlace

Group/team
Some good entrepreneur on the team, with a lot of experienced ones, other not so much. The marketing guys seems quite legit, enough to achieve their roadmap
The 3D content manager has some experience, dont know if he has the ability to make everything they want (old 3D project)
Fortunately, since the B2B is the main thing to achieve, the team is help by good advisors like the guy from Demodyfi, or TipicoCO & more

The website is fine, easy to read & got valuable infos but missing some design details. Beside that , there is simple animations, enough for that kind of project cause there is no special afterlaunch web project like some platform etc..

They are preparing cmc & cg listing, reddit cmc trending coinvote website before/afterlaunch and of course some ads.
The community is still small, so there is room to growth, with some effort & marketing funds they can achieve their goals & get footballer to promote their token on social network
