Wallet

TON Foundation announced its latest grant recipients for January 2024. These projects, selected for meeting the Foundation's criteria, showcased innovative solutions and product developments that offer significant benefits to users throughout TON Ecosystem.

Grant recipients:

bemo: The first liquid staking protocol on TON Blockchain, allowing users to stake TON and receive stTON tokens in return. stTON tokens can be utilized across any DeFi service without the need to unstake, offering greater flexibility.

Bounty Bay: A TON-native social commerce platform that leverages Telegram to boost brand and seller visibility through a monetized rewards system.

Miomi Game: An eSports platform that hosts tournaments and matches with multi-games and includes a social network with Escrow capabilities. It has a community of 100,000 members and has partnered with Ronaldinho to boost its growth and visibility.

Adsgram: Specifically designed for Telegram Mini Apps, Adsgram provides crucial ad monetization tools, created by Fanton's co-founder to tackle in-app monetization challenges.

The G-BOTS game has officially launched, marking an important milestone for the owners of G-BOTS NFTs. They can now log into the game using their wallets to play with their NFT robots.

The game introduces a battle royale format where players compete in a PvP (player-versus-player) arena. The G-BOT NFT collection, notable for being the first 3D NFT collection on TON, comprises 6,666 unique NFT robots. Since its inception a year ago, the collection has reached a trading volume of approximately 192,000 Toncoin (TON) and is verified on Getgems.

Following this mobile game launch, the next step involves introducing the game on Telegram via a TON-based Mini App, further expanding the platform's reach to the messenger’s 800 million monthly active users.

Ton Apps has partnered with CoinGecko, a leading cryptocurrency data platform, enabling Tonkeeper and TON API to supply API requests to CoinGecko.

This collaboration leverages the advanced capabilities of TON API, known for its indexed service that provides refined and user-friendly endpoints, setting it apart from standard APIs. This partnership has significantly accelerated CoinGecko's full integration with The Open Network (TON), enabling a seamless user experience for tracking TON.

Moreover, CoinGecko will play a crucial role in promoting and onboarding new users to Tonkeeper, TON API, and Tonviewer through joint marketing campaigns aimed at expanding their reach.

Since its inception in early 2023, the TON Accelerator Program has been at the forefront of empowering entrepreneurs to seamlessly integrate into the TON-based Web3 ecosystem in Telegram. Its mission is to provide a frictionless path for Web3 builders, enabling them to develop TON-based products that reach Telegram's 800 million monthly active users.

To date, three successful acceleration cohorts have supported a total of 20 innovative projects. This includes a notable collaboration with Future3 Campus, powered by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and HashKey Capital. The upcoming cohort, scheduled to begin in late February, will be conducted online.
