Warriors, be prepared. There has been a long pause in the battle. So it's very much possible that your reflexes, thought processes and agility might have become a little blunt. Start the day by getting into the zone with atleast 5 minutes of meditation, silence and reflection.
And re-train your mental faculties a bit. Don't jump in. Even if you miss a few trades, doesn't matter. Just see the charts for first half an hour and get in sync.
Remember, the battle is not won with a blunt sword but a sharp one. And the sword in this case is your own mind.
This is something that one should follow every week at the start. Remember, Monday morning is never the same as Friday afternoon. The gap has some psychological effects. A little bit of ease, laziness and procrastination creeps in during this gap.
Never start the Monday with the same quantity that you generally trade. Take a day to build up.
