TARS Protocol Seed Sale Participation Rules

Dear Community, as mentioned priorly, we've modified the seed and private round sale participation rules to be based on ticket count, instead of tier level.

With the new rule in place, users who have more than 14 tickets (those who have 15 or more tickets) will be eligible to participate, allowing AI enthusiasts to participate by staking in appropriate staking pools and obtaining allocation multipliers.

Example: Robert has 30,000 $TFI staked (Jellyfish Tier, 4x alloc) on the Silver pool (2x multiplier); he would be receiving 8 tickets/allocation multipliers, and would not be eligible to participate in TARS Seed Sale. If he staked in the Gold pool (4x multiplier); he would receive 16 tickets and participate in TARS Seed Sale.
