It has been below 36 level 2 times in the past and after which we saw a very big movement in market. Currently it's below 36 level again and it indicates a very big movement is coming soon this month or most probably in november, it could be either bullish or bearish. CPI & FOMC results will be important factor so keep an eye on it and let's not rush anything!
