From our last update, Bitcoin breaks the $58,000 major support. Now the major support area is $56,000 and $53,500. BTC is oversold on 4-hour chart and we should see some bounce from here.
Also, On the hourly, we’re starting to see a decent bounce as the bullish divergence begins to play out. I see resistance levels at $58,000 and $60,800 on this timeframe. Open / Comment

Currently, BTC is in a Demand Zone which is very important to hold and we should bounce from here. On the 1h chart we see a double divergence and hidden bullish divergence on daily playing out. A bullish divergence in an extreme area (strongly oversold) has often a higher probability for upside price action than a normal divergence. This shows that sellers are getting exhausted on the ltf and bulls could push this back to 63k. If we see a bearish retest (rejection) around 63K then BTC could easily be pushed back to 60K and 58k, otherwise BTC will revisit 65.5k Open / Comment
