You have been waiting for this announcement for quite some time now... A lot has happened since then, and you guys have grown so much as a community... Some Ventorians became Soontorians, while others imagined themselves as Lambotorians, counting the number of Lambos they'd own post-IDO... There were also those who attempted to entice the Vent Team to make the announcement earlier based on loopholes — @FredNabors50 on the basis of “end of the week” semantics, for instance.

On that note, we'd like to thank all of our members — Early Community Members, Ventorians, and all our newest members — for your unwavering support and, especially, for your incredible patience.

Usually, the most important details are left until the end to build up anticipation, but we can’t afford to do that, or Soontorians will raise their pitchforks without hesitation. So without further ado, let’s get the announcement started with the IDO date.

1. IDO Date — Both rounds of the $VENT IDO (Guaranteed Allocation and FCFS, respectively) on VentUp are set for September 10th. Detailed logistics and how-to guides will be released closer to the Token Generation Event (IDO date).

2. $VENT Listing — The $VENT token will be listed on the same day as the IDO, on September 10th. The high-level listing strategy is as follows: Initial listing on PancakeSwap & UniSwap, with QuickSwap following a couple of days later. This decision has been made based on the poll results we ran on Twitter. We will officially announce the CEX listing closer to the IDO date!

3. IDO Allocation — The minimum and maximum individual allocations for the $VENT IDO's Guaranteed Allocation Round (Round 1) are currently set at $50 - $250. The maximum allocation may be subject to increase, but will not be less than $250. The individual allocations for the subsequent FCFS Round (Round 2) will be announced closer to the IDO date — of course, we will be giving investors enough time to prepare.
