Bitmain said it is looking for “quality” power supplies overseas along with other Chinese miners, in places like US, Canada, Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan and Indonesia. Belarus, Sweden, Norway, Angola and Congo are other potential destinations.

Mining pools with lots of miners from China have heavy hash rate losses. At the same time, Foundry USA pool saw a large gain in hash rate.

Not all miners in China are offline yet (estimates are about 70% so far and ~90% by EOM).
