To guarantee a smoother customer experience, we have initiated measures to help us track each customer complaint or enquiry and ensure that it is attended to swiftly by our support team. The Wicrypt Help Desk is now active and fully customised to direct all questions and complaints to the right channel.
We are officially deactivating the complaint form and redirecting all customer complaints to our official helpdesk. To access the Help Desk, go to the Wicrypt website and start a conversation using the chatbot.
It is important to note that logging in your complaints through the helpdesk ensures that they are attended to immediately and allows us to track and optimise[a] our customer support system.

In line with our growth plans and to encourage the longevity of the Wicrypt Network. We have made some updates to our staking criteria. Please see the changes below.

1. From the 1st of December 2022, the minimum staking requirement to earn on the Wicrypt network will be modified to $100 worth of WNT. This means that at least $100 worth of WNT must be staked by individual users on the network, irrespective of device type (either basic or original). This requirement applies to both paying and jumpstart users.

2. Users with more than one device registered on the dashboard will have to stake more than $100 worth of WNT depending on the number of devices. Please see more information here.

3. The staking score parameter will be given higher weight by the reward model for mining reward calculations
