Bitcoin touched the top of the range and as it looks now seem to be heading to the bottom at 26.6-27.1k

S&P500 closed week with extreme bullish impulse. DXY bounced and breaking the trendline. Together it makes me think that SPX bullish impulse has high chances to get rejected from 4141 bearish OB and so DXY will gain more power on breakout. That will push BTC down in the first half of the next week.

2023-03-31 13:42:42 Week timeframe BTC dominance chart. Very nice one as it shows where BTC.D is located now - at the top of the channel. From here everything is very simple - either we see breakout with acceptance above and that will lead to 53 / 55 / 58 within visible future. Or we see rejection (maybe fake breakout before that) and dominance drop back to one of lower SR zones with final target at the bottom of the channel.

In simple words - if get rejected long every shitcoin, especially new ones that don't have much historical resistance above. If breakout and find acceptance above - short every shitcoin, especially those that overstretched.

Remember what I wrote about ~27550 level yesterday - if BTC manage to hold there good chances for a bounce. BUT its too early to confirm that - chart haven't even formed the next candle after the dump. So its just for your info. While no sellers are in control we hold the short with stop above 27370

27550 was the nearest target and its hit. Next short term target 27000

2023-03-31 12:40:45 Dollar Index still at lower OB level. If manage to bounce here previous forecast comes true and DXY go for re-test of 103 / 103.5 and eventually this may lead to 104.2-104.6

Yet early to confirm that scenario. But you should keep that in mind as in case of bullish DXY correction Bitcoin will go down.

If I were manipulating the market I'd push that price above last swing high at 4075 and dump it from there, creating a swing failure pattern. That corresponds with BTC bounce back above 28k as well.

Initial balance at 27900-28128 - while remains below chances for another leg down are higher. Besides its the middle of consolidation channel so since BTC has left the top with a swing failure it is logical to expect the price has to get to the bottom at 26.6-27.1k

Important to remember that today is the last day of March and the last working day of the week. Tomorrow starts a new month. In majority of cases candles open and move into the opposite direction of where they'll end the period. So don't make harsh decisions. Especially during the weekend.
