Our second attempt to make a computer science conference in Russia with the highest possible quality standards in mind was, I believe, a success: ICCQ'22 proceedings were published by IEEE Xplore, four presentations are on YouTube, 60% of papers were rejected by a Program Committee of 23 people from 10+ countries.
