You can now use your auto-compounding YRT token to take a 0% interest loan which opens up a whole new door for earning more yield than ever.

The first YRT enabled is the AAVE $AVAX strategy. You can take this YRT over to https://app.avai.finance to deposit as collateral (up to 50% LTV) and take out an $AVAI loan. $AVAI can then be used in various ways, including to mint $USDC, which could then be re-deposited into a Yield Yak single-asset folding strategy.

Tread carefully! Liquidations happen at 50% so stay well clear. The 50% LTV will be monitored and reviewed on an ongoing basis, and keep your eye out for new Yield Yak YRT tokens which will be added in the coming days.
