Dear BitZ users,

According to the official rules of Acala Network, ACA is expected to be unlocked in early December. At present, all ACA on the platform are futures and cannot be withdrawn. Since BitZ will cease operations on October 21, 2021（UTC+8）, the platform recommends that users sell in the market as soon as possible. If in the end user account still holds ACA, after the Acala Network is officially unlocked, users can only process withdrawals through manual mail.
