Tomorrow at around 2pm UTC we plan to release our code and network to the public. Documentation on what exactly to do with it will follow shortly thereafter as we assemble tutorials, knowledge bases, and factor in inputs from the earlier, more technical adopters. A testnet discussion chat shall be opened on Discord to facilitate dialogue, support, and bug notices.
In the upcoming release, users can expect to have a fairly complete overview of Cherry's most fundamental components, and to be able to access them with ease through a purpose-built user interface (that is functional but which will be improved a lot over the next few weeks). Other, less salient elements will be released later on as the network stabilizes.
Anyone will be able to deploy the code on their Linux machine (initially, other OSs soon) with an easy-to-use bash script that will take care of all the required dependencies. The node will automatically connect with Cherry's network.
