Head and shoulders. It represents the triple change of price direction, where the central top is bigger than the two neighboring ones.
Double (triple) top. Two or three tops followed by a significant price change in the opposite direction from the tops.

Though these figures are popular, they are not always trustworthy. You should not rely blindly on just one figure.
