Crypto exchange Gemini reportedly cuts workforce again by ~7% Winklevoss-led cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has reduced its headcount for a second time after it decided to slash 10% of its workforce in the beginning of June amid crypto winter, according to a report by TechCrunch released Monday.
Around 7% of Gemini's over 1K staff were cut off from its companywide Slack channel earlier on Monday due to "extreme cost cutting" in the wake of a widespread downturn in the crypto space, TechCrunch noted, citing a source familiar with the matter.
