They both require different tactics to make the most out of them - so adaptability is key.

- Risk Management
- Patience & Discipline
- Being Aware of Market Psychology & Your Emotions (Any extreme emotions can be counterproductive)
- Focus Plays if you want to tackle the market (e.g. our SOL trade. In at support, out at resistance, done).
- Avoid sub-par setups (take the setups that resonate with you and are of high quality - play to your strengths).
