We can deduce that during:
2013
1st Top @ 4.46
2nd Top @ 4.32
2017
Top @ 6.01
2021
April Top @ 4.89
But it is unlikely that the November 2021 peak was the cycle top because it did not reach the red area on the chart.
It is safe to assume that April 2021 was the cycle top or the cycle top has yet to come.
