The market is digesting new FUD from SEC head Gary Gensler, who doesn't want to give specifics on the launch of spot ETFs for ether, but promises to sign the necessary papers by the end of the summer.
But the head of the CFTC is more positive and confidently calls ETH a commodity.
All we have to do is wait until the end of summer, when Gary signs the S-1 forms and the CFTC will continue to handle the airwaves.
