[Optimism airdrop and other potential L2 airdrops]

Couple of days ago Optimism finally announced the launch of their token ($OP). The number of addresses eligible to claim is 264079 (quite generous), this includes bridgers, users, voters, donators etc. Token is not listed anywhere yet, when it goes live I believe most of tier1 exchanges will list it.
Also, important to note: they announced there will be more airdrops to come, this was just the first one. Another 14% of total supply is reserved for future airdrops so make sense to continue using the platform and follow them closely for any announcements.

Congrats everyone who is getting this airdrop, I’ve mentioned Optimism many times on this channel (here, here etc)!

With Optimism launching their token (airdrop), there are few other L2 solutions that might follow and reward/airdrop its users. They are: Arbitrum, StartNet, ZkSync (mentioned these on this channel before). I suspect the snapshots were already taken for most of these but you never know - they might do volume based criterion or something else so keep using until they announce the token launch (but keep your expectations reasonable and realistic).
