A message to the Polkastarter buyers:

Some of the people who contributed to the campaign (thank you so much) are reporting they did not receive their refund yet. We want you to know: don't worry. The spreadsheet provided to us by their technical team appears to be missing a small number of buyers. Not to worry, we are going to go through all of the transactions in the Polka<>KAT smart contract and get the rest out to you.

Please be patient, this now has to be done manually. That may take a little time, and it is a holiday. Rest assured, we will make sure every single person gets every fraction of Ethereum they are owed.
