Hello, Kava Validators and everyone. A testnet user reported a bug that requires us to postpone the Kava-11 mainnet upgrade.

We recommend voting NO on proposal 100. The engineering team has identified the root cause of the bug and will write additional tests to cover some edge cases we missed. We are targeting the Kava-11 upgrade for October 26th and will post a new governance proposal in the coming week.
