we would firstly like to thank you for your support. As most are aware about investors being refunded and the project being put on hold for remodelling, the LPI team has been working on methods to cut cost and required capital to bring the community a profitable project, long and short-term.

After much thinking and planning the team has devised the following as an alternative to the original concept of LPI:
• LPI will restructure as a Community Governed Seed Aggregator (A platform for investors to buy seed sale tokens)
• Investing in projects on all networks will continue to be a part of the project.
• As many investors had previously questioned how they will be able to gain access to various project tokens, we will be integrating this into the project.
• $LPI holders will decide what projects they would like to invest in.
• The community is not limited to the projects selected by the team
• For the first time, investors will be able to get seed sale access to any project across the blockchains.
• The team will also source seed sale tokens of any project in the pre-sale phase, requested by the LPI token holders if a minimum pledge threshold is met.
• The LPI Team will continue to work on the LPI Fund starting on a smaller scale than originally planned and building up over time.


How LPI works
• No KYC
• No restrictions (anyone can invest in LPI)
• Buy and hold/stake LPI to gain access to sales
• There will be 4 tiers
• LPI sources seed tokens for the LPI token holders
• 2 types of allocations:
o General seed tokens from LPI Team and community suggestions
o Reserved Seed allocations (requests made by LPI holders with pledge form)
• The LPI team offers potential projects, the community votes on which projects they want.
• LPI fund will invest in the projects the team identifies as most promising.
• LPI will allocate a percentage of the LPI fund profit to buying back and burning LPI tokens.
• Private telegram groups for each tier
