To claim imply connect your wallet (be sure to connect with the wallet that held the previous token), click the connect button, and confirm the transaction. The tokens will then be sent to your wallet.
As with an Ethereum transaction there is a gas fee, it will varying depending on the current GWEI cost on the Ethereum Mainnet. The claims site is available indefinitely so you may choose to wait until gas prices are lower.
