TOTAL went up exactly as expected, first testing our predicted target at 78.6% and then going higher to test 88.6% Fibonacci retracement level at 2.412T.
A sharp pullback followed, resulting in the Market Cap dropping to 1.796T, which corresponds to a 50% Fibonacci retracement level. This is also a demand area, which goes in line with the 200 Simple Moving Average.
As long as the daily candle closing value remains above the recently established low at 1.744T, the Total Market Cap uptrend will continue in the long run.
However, TOTAL is trading between the support and resistance, which implies a consolidation phase.
