Tequila Don Julio Debuts NFT-Backed Cask Finishes on BlockBar
Don Julio Tequila is expanding its 1942 lineup with five new barrel-aged expressions, to be sold exclusively through an auction hosted by BlockBar, a marketplace for spirits-based NFTs. This release marks the first limited-edition variants of Don Julio 1942, which is typically aged up to 32 months in American white oak barrels. The new versions are finished in ex-bourbon, ruby port, Portuguese Madeira wine, orange wine, and Crémant casks.
