What's new since the last update my dear community? Well BTC is starting 2022 the same way it ended 2021, testing the bottom of its consolidation zone.

The trading volume in the previous sessions was below the average level, indicating a decrease in volatility. Market participants are tiring of this flat pattern, which could trigger an impulsive move lower on a breakout.

The daily technical situation remains neutral to negative. On a 4-hour time frame, the indicators are also negative but we can see signs of a bullish bend on The WaveTrend.

What to do now?

BTC is in an important area right now. If it fails to hold above 46500, we will look for short positions.
