eBay launches NFT collection

The largest U.S. online auction site, through a partnership with OneOf, has launched its own collection of NFTs.

The collection includes images of athletes who have appeared on the covers of Sports Illustrated. The first featured is Canadian hockey player Wayne Gretzky.

Yeah, the same hockey player whose quote was used by Steve Jobs: "A good hockey player plays where the puck is. A great hockey player plays where the puck is going to be."
